My hp laptop has crashed after Windows 10 November update
Got the windows 10 update yesterday then my screen froze so I restarted.Now when I turn my lap top on I get Windows logo saying Preparing Automatic Repair then it goes to a blue screen headed 'Choose your keyboard layout' & nothing works. My only other device is an iPad. Can anyone help with this?
