Email not being pushed to Mail after November update

I'm noticing that email is not being pushed (or is really slow) to the Mail app after the W10 update. I'll get notified on my L920 and not my laptop. When I go into the app I have to hit the refresh icon to make email appear.

Anyone having the same issue? fix?
