Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 Still Can't Install Certain System Apps WHY?! Help

Hopefully it isn't just me but on 10581 and 10586 (Public Release Build) I can't install certain system apps, even ones that support Windows 10 Mobile such as Extras & Info, does anyone have a fix for this? Please it is very annoying that I can't do very simple things. Thank You if anyone can help, by the way I'm a Lumia 640 on Build 10586. Error Code: 0x803F8006

No Soft reset taken
No Hard reset taken
after 100% downloading done
Now preparing to install updates at 100% done
Phone restarted done
configuration Logo 100% done
Migrating Data 100% done

TESTED 100 % PERFECT With No Issues at all test all my Apps all were Good. Same fast as Win 8.1

Same issue here. With 10581 I had 2 System apps that would fail with error 0x803F8006 - Glance and Tips& Tricks.

Now that I'm upgraded to 10586, I've hard reset my AT&T 925 3 times already, trying difference sequences of skipping restoring backups, skipping signing in, deleting all the AT&T crud, then enabling Wifi, connecting my MS account and trying updating ~50+ items one at a time. Now all Lumia system apps, plus the HERE apps, camera ALL error out with 0x803F8006. Some update, like Word, Powerpoint, People, Mail, Maps but its not a good experience.

All I can guess is the apps and / or store is not synced up with version dependencies, etc. I'm really just grasping at ideas though.

Maybe it will all just fix itself by the time I wake up tomorrow.

my cracked screen 920 updated to 10586 just fine but still having issues with the 1520. like yourself, i cant update glance screen app and motion data apps within the store. I have been through two hard resets and dealing with the att bloats and re-installation of apps that i refuse to do it again. really had high hopes for this version. so much for RTM

HELP plz! Just installed 10.0.10166.0 on a Windows Lumia 640 LTE and Cortana is missing! Now all I have is a Windows phone that works just like an Android phone. I guess I have to go back to 8.1 software.

Guys, what region is your REGION that currently used ?

remember that build 10586 is only available only in United States as of now.

My location is in the philippines but i used region and Language of United States. So I have no Issues at all.

I'd have to check my 920 on 10586 (also with hard reset) to see if it's failing to update those...I think it is. But Glance still works. In fact, it *actually* works, unlike 10581. Take a look and see if it's working....I care less about a failing update than I do the feature working.

In 10586, where are the settings for Glance? Although Glance works, I can't find the settings which would permit me to set it to dim at night, change color, etc.
Update: I did another hard reset and the Glance settings came back.

checked region setting and its set to united states. I caved in and did the hard reset twice (key combo and phone reset) and i'm still unable to install the update on my 1520

I did the hard reset on my 1520 and was able to update glance and motion data. Thanks! Still no luck with the update
