Is the Insider Hub the program that tells you all the info on your phone?

I have had that on my HTC One for Windows since the last build. Today they said it wouldn't be available. (If what I'm calling the Insider is the Insider Hub.) Anyway mine came back just fine. Reads the battery strength, settings buttons, etc. I'm still looking around to see what might not work. The update seems to have gotten rid of the button freezes and my VoiceMail now works again. The text is absolutely better as it used to be off center on some boxes and little things here and there.
