How can GP appreciate Continuum for phones?

I've been reading reviews about Lumia 950 and most of them say (even Dan's review) that Continuum would not sway a normal user to buy Windows Phone. What can MS do to make this a selling point that GP can recognize enough for them to jump ship? I think it should be present in budget phones.
