problem fingerprint reader hp envy
Hi, I recently bought a PC hp envy 13 - d001nl and I have a problem with the integrated fingerprint reader . The problem is that in spite of the reader is detected on device manager, ( called Synaptics FP sensor WBF PID = 0050 ) I can not in any way to do that detect computer and use it . I don't have the option Windows Hello on my accessibility options , and also the software of HP SimplePass does not give me the opportunity to enroll fingerprints .
I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers of the reader without any result , I do not know what to do .
