30 Second App Load Times

Just this morning, many of my apps are taking exactly 30 seconds to load. They sit at their splash screens for 30 seconds, and then load and play fine. No updates on the store, and nothing from Windows Update. Running S3 on TH2 build of W10.

From yesterday,apps are not downloading from store. what is problem?

Some apps just get stuck on the splash screen for me, but they don't load. One is Tubecast Pro, while the regular version works fine. another I noticed is Baconit. This is weird.

Well, I almost got used to that from time to time... some time ago even Windows calculator would load for a long time, and sometimes it would actually time-out and close so I'd have to reopen it. don't have those two apps, but yeah... these apps aren't as reliable as Win32 apps yet, unfortunately
