I installed Windows 10 but have lost the Edit for PDF files. How do I get it back

I need to use the snapshot feature for PDF files but there is edit tab.

I take you can't find the snapshot icon on the edit menu?

I installed Adobe Reader 11 and it is there under the edit menu.

Which version of adobe reader are you referring to?
