Hello guys. I just performed a full system backup and performed a reset on my PC with the "keep my personal files" option. Everything seemed to be going really well until I got to 100% completion. From then on I just keep getting the spinning dots with the Windows logo on the screen. This has gone on for about 45 minutes. Is this normal or is there something I need to do to fix this? My laptop is an HP Pavillion dv6. I already had the November update installed on it.
