Wi-fi & audio not working in Windows 10, what can I do?

Wi-fi & audio are not working in windows 10

Hi, the time i have installed windows 10 my wifi & audio started creating some problems. Everytime I switch on me laptop i have restart it again to connect it to a LAN or a network & the same thing happens with the audio too, it automatically gets disabled & to enable it i have to troubleshoot the problems to fix it. Please suggest on it.

I had issues and after I reset my PC, I haven't had any issues.
Note - Resetting your PC makes it start over and you will lose all apps and settings.
Navigate to Settings->Update->Recovery->Reset
