Bluestacks on windows phone 10?

Has anyone tried this, or looked into it on the windows phone 10?

I think it would be the same thing as Project Astoria which was cancelled due to possible lag, security issues, and to unclear app policies so I'm not sure it be a good idea to do Bluestacks but, then again I've never used it so it could be good.

1. No such thing.

2. It would most certainly destroy both performance and battery.

3. I've run it on more powerful hardware before (Dell Venue tablet) and it did not go so well.
