Screen Saver refresh is also affecting my ability to scroll to bottom of page.
I have a HP ProBook 4540s and Windows 10. I have a slide show of pictures for my desktop background, and since the recent update I am having problems with scrolling in some, not all, pages. I can scroll like normal whether it be using the touch-pad, clicking and holding the scroll bar, using the arrow key etc. However, in some pages, every time the background changes to a new picture it causes the page to jump back to the top-almost like I pressed the home key. I haven't found any posts for this problem and I have not tried uninstalling/reinstalling anything yet because I am hoping its a simple fix.
