When I upgraded to windows 10 I lost all of my email and it doesn't work at all now

All my mail is gone and I can't get the program to work at all

Who is your email provider (i.e., Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo)
How you accessed your email -- what program isn't working for you.
Almost all email providers have web access -- have you tried logging on there?
Do you know how your email was set up? (IMAP, ActiveSync, POP)?
