Is there way to create taskbar through more monitors?

Hi, I have a question is there any possibility to create task bar through all monitors? I would like to have it as it is in the first picture

In the past I did that by extending my second monitor in the settings, but I did it through nvidia control panel.

About the closest you can get is to choose "Show taskbar on all displays" and Show taskbar buttons on: "Taskbar where window is open" but there's nothing that does exactly as you have it shown.
