Since the update my wifi keyboard stopped working, and so I replaced it with a new wifi mouse & keyboard. The new mouse works ok, but the new keyboard does not. Please can you help me.

your keyboard is fine(new) , and so was your old keyboard . if you have any usb device\peripheral attached to your system such as wifi reciever(usb) remove it and reboot, your keyboard will work.
