How to save a complete copy of windows 10 (not upgrade) before formatting

Hello and good day everyone!
Since the most recent windows update, my Dell 7737 Inspiron laptop has slowed to a crawl.
I'd like to know, or get a link, to how i can save or acquire a complete copy of windows 10, so i can do a format and reinstall a full copy, and not an upgrade copy of Windows 10.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Look at item 4. It shows where to get the install media for a clean install of Windows 10. The Windows 10 ISO that you can obtain this way can be used either for a clean installation OR for an upgrade, so hang on to it. It may come in handy more than once.
