I have basically the same problem since I upgraded to W10 from W7 on my laptop. The problem is that the cursor becomes erratic, and the action slow on an old W98 game, "Robin Hood, Legend of Sherwood Forest", that ran fine using W7. I have tried compatibility fixes, the game's graphic options, and the changing the laptop's display options to no avail. I'm thinking I'll have to down-grade back to W7. Any help will be appreciated.
