How do I get Google Maps for Windows 10?

If you're talking about Windows 10 PC desktop or tablet, then you should be able to access Google Maps through the browser.

If you want a Google Maps app for Windows 10 Mobile, it does not exist as Google has not made it available. Microsoft Maps is built-in, and has a great experience. Give that a try. There are also quite a few other Maps available on the platform.
