Windows 10 cannot update Windows, Cortana Search, App....

Hi all,
I used Win10 Ver 1511 (OS Build 10586.36)
a few day recently, i cannot access Windows, Cortana Search, Apps while i connect internet OK.
How i can fix issue ?
