Lost WiFi connectivity

I have a Surface Pro 2 which is upgraded to Windows 10. It was working perfectly fine till yesterday morning. However when I tried to connect to the internet yesterday evening, it just wouldn't connect. Mentions that "WiFi devices couldn't be found on this PC". Pls advice
