Which company have you asked for a Windows Universal Platform app and what was their reply?

If it hasn't been done before, let's gather all the feedback we collectively get from asking various services about releasing a Universal App for the Windows 10 platform.

I believe, most of the apps that are made for Windows 10 are universal. Which means they can work on all 3 platform (laptop, mobile & tablet). Im not sure if i am missing something.
