Prevent booting into safe mode on Surface 3
I wanted to boot my Surface 3 into Safe Mode, so I set it in msconfig > boot.
But Safe Mode doesn't appear to enable the touchscreen, and as I don't have a keyboard I'm unable to do anything - I can't even log in.
Does anyone have any ideas how to turn off this Safe Mode boot setting?
