Broken laptop screen
Ok so I have a laptop that has a broken screen. I don't want to buy a new one so I am using a moniter. Now that I installed windows 10 all it shows on the computer is a little bit of blue when it starts up, and get this: IT NEVER TURNS ON. So I need some help on how i'm going to do this
