Ok this is a weird one....
I just loaded the latest Windows 10 Enterprise on a laptop from scratch and added my Hotmail address to it. It is not attached to a Domain at this point.
I got a phone call on my DROID phone and I got a notification on the Win10 laptop that I had just received a call. I could also reply with a text back via Cortana. Well this blew my mind so I did of course. It worked!!!!
I did all of this without even touching my phone.
Couple of questions:
1) How did this all work? It's kinda cool, but I'd like to understand it. Did the Hotmail account link my cell # to the laptop? I used to have a Windows Phone, but I don't have that anymore.
2) How can I initiate sending a message from the laptop through the phone without touching the phone?
Thanks in advance.
