Windows camera quality reduces after capture image?

I have tried both day light and low light, every time i take image automatically add black/dark transparent layer to the image after the 'adding finishing touches..' thing. Is there anyone has this problem or is there any solution? here i am adding sample images to show the issue.

I've seen this happen to low light images with Rich Capture turned on, the additional processing sometimes makes things darker. Is it any better if you turn off Rich Capture?

no, it happens when rich capture on and off, this started when i installed lumia camera app update on wp 8.1, but now i am tp, but issue is still. I tried camera 360 app, it captures well the image. without any changes to photo.

I've noticed this too. Very frustrating. My photos in low light come out way darker after "Adding finishing touches." I wish there was a way to disable this.

Ikr those finishing touches just destroy the picture.
