Why doesn't my Lavalier mic work on Win10?

Lavalier mic don`t work on Win10

My new lavelier microphone (BOYA BY-M1) that works on smartphones, dslr, camcorders, audio recorders and PC... is just not working in a barely new Toshiba Satellite l55dt-b5256 with Windows 10. Works fine on voice recorded notes but not when I try to shot some video (in Lumia 635); and works perfect in my Sony audio recorder.

But the real problem here is that Windows 10 doesnt recognize the mic. I plug it and zero, the same happen when I try in 2 other pc (also, with Win10). Not a problem with other devices, as my Logitech webcam (bad, bad mic... but works).
