Setting MS ahead of the curve - W10 / W10M feature suggestion

With:
- MS adding phone call and SMS answering features to W10
- MS having already implemented dual screen -tech for Continuum in W10M
- VR HMDs becoming a thing (possibly)

Why not:
- add an interface for VR app developers to enable answering phone calls and SMS messages within their applications (could work for Android phones too)
- add an interface for VR app developers to enable users to use their phones from within the VR applications (W10M -only; could be too laggy if wireless though)

Thoughts?

P.S. I realize this is not the best place to make OS suggestions, but I was interested in the feedback from this community.
