Why aren't Windows Ten store and apps are working on my new laptop?

why aren't windows ten store and apps are not working on my new laptop?

The windows store does not download anything at all, it says that there are about ten apps waiting to download. I have re-booted my system and it didn't help in any way. The system itself is also really slow, How do I get the store to work?

Try downloading the apps one at a time.. Before doing that, try removing you account (check under settings) and adding it again..

Not sure how helpful that will be tho. Refresh install might also be an option (also settings)
