My HP laptop will not boot after windows 10 install
Tried F8, F12, windows, control alt delete. I can see the wifi is lit up and the mouse arrow is working BUT it will not boot at all. Unless I can get something happening I have lot my laptop. It is just 12 months old and has had little use.
