Windows 10 crash, should I reinstall?

Windows 10 crash,

You answered looks like IE crashed and shared itself lol. Suggested I look in Task Manager and shut down IE or hold down power button to shut off and reboot - I had already done all that, several times. IE was not running Edge was. Any other suggestions? Should I reinstall 10? Was working so well than this.

I'm usually pretty liberal in terms of clean install. I'd suggest you reinstall if you can't find solutions. Make sure you save your files though.
