Weird problem with Windows 10?

I successfully updated to Windows 10 and was utilizing the calculator app and the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app which were supplied with the system. Then, within the last couple weeks, both apps have simply stopped working. The Windows 10 program says the apps are installed but they will not run when selected.
Is this due a recent system update?
I have downloaded other apps which provide the calculator and solitaire games.
I don't understand what happened to the Microsoft apps.

There are commands that you can run to reset corrupt apps. Don't know them. Search them online.

I have the same issue with Mail and camera. It started with the mail then 2 weeks ago the camera. I've tried all those SFC,DISM fixes and att first it said there were corrupt but now it says it doesn't find any corrupt system files. The funny thing is Saturday they started working but when they were working the Store app wouldn't. I rebooted and the Store app worked and and mail and camera no. I'm waiting for a MS update to fix. I don't have this issue on other pc's only the Surface Book.
