Updates all say "downloading" but progress is still at zero
Win 10 - 91 updates show "downloading," on the Details screens, but on the Windows Update top screen the progress bar shows "Downloading updates 0%". Resource Manager shows almost no network traffic at all - using a cable modem at 10 mbs. This has not changed for several days. Any suggestions?
