I have one Hotmail account I cannot view in Outlook 2010. How can I fix this?

I have one Hotmail account I cannot view in Outlook 2010.

I have deleted and recreated the *.ost file several times and it still asks for the password several times and then comes up with the following message. "Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened. The file C:\Users\Ed\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\sundancer245_hotmail1.ost is not an Outlook data file (.ost)." I have no problem accessing this account in FireFox and none of my other Hotmail and Outlook accounts are causing this problem in Outlook 2010. I am running Windows 10 on this computer and on my Wife's Tablet and I can access the Problematic Hotmail account from the Tablet and also from my new Lumia 950XL windows Phone 10. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thanks, Ed

Yes, Outlook works on my other three Hotmail and Outlook accounts.
