Upgraded to windows 10-it stopped working.
After windows 10 stopped working I cannot restore or fix 10 and when I try to use recovery disks for the original Windows 8.1 -it doesn't recognize them or allow them to run-I now have a 8 month old all in one that says call HP and won't do anything else!Any suggestions?
