If I upgrade to windows 10 then downgrade back to windows 7, can I upgrade to windows 10 later?

My sister is a little afraid of upgrading to window 10. She accidentally upgraded to it and asked me that if she downgraded would she be able to re-upgrade to windows 10 later.

I've searched around a little bit and couldn't really find an answer so I decided to ask here.

You could downgrade. The update to windows 10 is free until july 29 2016
