Windows 10 PC update, how do I get build 14251?

Windows 10 PC update

I don't understand something. My last PC update is: 1511 (build 1056.71) How to get build 14251? Or is this the same? Now build 14257 is available it doesn't show in my updates.

Insiders are getting 14257 and only on the fast ring... Official is still at 10586.71.

The next cumulative update (like the November Threshold 2 update) will boost your number.
