Why isn't my task bar working after updating to Windows 10?

task bar not working after update to windows 10

windows bottom task bar has stopped working after windows 10 up date. Windows logo, search, and task view all not working. computer boots up fine no issues at all. except for the task bar.

I have had the same problem, right clicking the mouse on the start brings the menu up, but double clicking the start menu does nothing.
