Windows 10 Update stuck on Updating Windows Screen - what do I do?

My update is stuck on the Updating Windows screen with the circle showing 0%. What do I do? Thank you.
 
I've got the same issue. Update has been like this for a week -- hung on 0% download. It is blocking all other updates.
