How to create group tile for several apps

how to add several apps to a tile. There is one tile on the desktop to which you can add several apps to. How do I make another similar tile please?

You mean how to create a group? Just drag a tile to an empty space in your Start menu, wait until the colored bar appears, drop it, name it, you're done. You can add more apps or whatever it is that you want there.
