Return to windows 10 pro

Hi, i'd participated in windows 10 preview having a windows 10 pro in my old computer, now ive purchased a laptop, updated to windows 10 but now I have the home version(not pro) my questions are: A) what is the differences between these two versions, and b) is there a way to recover my old windows 10 pro and upgrade/install it on my new laptop? (like recovering the product key or something with my insider account? Thanks in advance

The core features are the same but the business features vary greatly.
The product key is naturally non-transferable as it's tied to the device.
