I'm guessing you are referring to App notifications?

If so do you have apps installed via the store and are you using an insider build?

Yes mate this is.
NO i havent insider in my laptop(wp10), but i have in my windows phone(lumia 435). Is there the problem?

after 3 ours search i found it..

Must change the reg value [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications] “NoToastApplicationNotification”=dword:00000001

to
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications] “NoToastApplicationNotification”=dword:00000000

restart and work rly:
