My wife's laptop decided to upgrade itself last night

My wife had not been using her laptop for some time, last night. When she passed by, she saw it was upgrading! She's not too thrilled, to say the least.

Thanks! I know that you can. She's not too savvy and was resistant to upgrading but will give it a try.

We discussed what happened and she is sure she did nothing to cause the upgrade (she was nowhere near the machine), so who knows why it did.
