Why won't my Lumia 1020 connect to WPRT?

Lumia 1020 wont connect to WPRT

I tried to update my mobile to windows 10. Half way past the spinning rims the mobile got restarted due to low battery. Now it keeps restarting again again only going till spinning rims and wont install the S\W. I tried hard reset and the exclamatory mark wont show up. And my WPRT wont detect the device. Can anybody suggest what to do !!!

Have you tried Volume Down + Power?

Thank you for your response, but I tried Volume down and Power many times and it wont work, I even tried lightning flash mode and still it doesn't work. Any suggestions would be much appreciated !!!!
