Windows 10 SFC /SCANNOW always error after Windows Update ?

Hi All,

I have a brand new Surface Pro 4 tablet that comes with the Windows 10 Professional. So I have update it to the latest using Internet directly to get all available update last week on 11th March 2016 with no big issue. But the SFC end up in error like below ?

As per company policy, all Windows 10 must be Enterprise Edition for Bitlocker feature,
So I upgrade it to Windows 10 1511 Enterprise with SW_DVD5_WIN_ENT_10_1511_64BIT_English_MLF_X20-82288.ISO file, which bring the Winver to 10586.164, However the image is always end up corrupted as the above again ?

is this normal or I shouldn't need to worry ? or is this just Windows 10 bug after any Windows Update ?

Any help and sugestion would be greatly appreciated.
