Windows 10 Build 14291 Install Error

Anyone else couldn't install Windows 10 PC Build 14291 due to BSOD MEMORY_MANAGEMENT ERROR? I'm getting it always at 98% of the installation process and after that it restores to my previous Build, that is 14279... I can't update... I'm going to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic soon, but I don't think that's the problem... Any thoughts?
