Windows 10 only see Android Phone as Camera

Windows explorer will only let me see the image files on my phone. I can not see any of my audio files or anything else for that matter. It thinks it is only a camera.

Welcome to Windows Central.

What Android device do you have, and what version of Android is it running?

Do you have MTP enabled?

Are you using a cable that supports data transfer?
