Windows 10 Clean Install On Tablet PC

Hello all. I have a question. I have a TrekStor Suftab Wintron 8.0 I upgrade it to 10 but due to some problems I wanna do a clean install Windows 10 Home. I Bought the Windows, I have the correct gadgets (Micro USB to USB, multi USB gates for connect keyboard etc) i enter BIOS but i can't boot from my USB. In fact I only have 2 choices for boot. Windows manager and something else but not the USB. Keep in mind that when I have turn on the tablet the USB is found correctly. So guys is there a way to do it? Or i threw much money to rubish?

You can just do a "reset your pc" in settings. Its the same effect.

I did that but my problems still remain. Exactly the same problems. So thats why i wanna do a format and clean install windows from 0

What is the problem you are having?

After selecting reset your pc, did you chose the option to remove everything?

Yeap all. I found a way to format it and clean install windows. Now it looks like i have touch issues and staff like that but i think i must find the drivers. Thank you btw for ur response
