Does windows 10 Apps work in win 8.1

Hi, i'm using microsoft lumia 640XL. i updated latest win 10 build. but its very slow app opening camera, dallier, massaging, social media app. i want to know if i downgrade to 8.1 the win 10 updates app are work in win 8.1? like massaging app when can reply by lock screen. thank you for your support.

nope once you downgrade you will get default window phone 8.1 native apps.

Hard reset the phone before considering a downgrade. It'll clear up a lot of issues.
