How to eliminate Windows 10 Live ID password prompt at boot

Each time I boot Win 10 it asks for my Live password. Presumably this is because I have OneNote 2016 installed. How can I eliminate this prompt without having to uninstall OneNote?

It is more than just OneNote most likely. Today's modern computing is very cloud reliant for services.

I find logging into my Microsoft Account on my PC saves me many steps throughout the day as I enter and exit programs and services.

Try this page, it has 2 methods: How To Automatically Login In Windows 10
