after my last windows 10 upgrade all my app tile are missing

If you just did the upgrade, wait a while for apps to download, although tiles are normally present but greyed out. Looking in the Store app should show status in the Downloads menu in the Store. Incompatible apps will no longer be present but most apps run fine so I doubt it's that.
It is also possible something failed in the upgrade process in which case you may want to consider doing a reset and restoring a Backup during re-installation. Backup and personal data like photos to a PC before doing a reset.
